The weighted bar crunch-up is an intermediate core exercise. This is a challenging exercise that targets the upper and lower abs.

Instructions:

Step 1: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 1 Start on your back with your legs out while holding the weighted bar in both hands above your head.
Step 2: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 2 Pull your legs up at the same time as the weighted bar and then crunch up towards your feet.
Step 3: How to do this Upper Abs Exercise: Step 3 Lower your body, bar and legs back down to the starting position and repeat.
