All-n-One Tuna salad

 

Recipe for All-n-One Tuna salad

Very tasty tuna mix; easy to fix w/ some simple kitchen equipment works great in a tortilla as a wrap if you want to add some carb to the mix



Ingredients:
1 can tuna fish in water
1 Tbsp Raisins; regular and/or golden
1 Tbsp Nut mixture
1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets (or broccoli-slaw)
1 small Red Delicious apple
2 Tbsp mayo (I prefer the kind w/ lime)
1 small lemon (or 1 Tbsp lemon juice)
small dash of salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. drain tuna
2. cube apple
3. combine tuna & 'dry' ingredients in quart bowl
4. sprinkle lemon juice
5. fold in mayo
6. salt & pepper to taste
7. cover & chill
8. take a 15 min walk or do light exercise
9. brief cool down & eat
