About Our Training Programs
WORKOUT ROUTINE VS. TRAINING PROGRAM
Our Training Programs differ from our Workout Routines. The main difference is the length of programs. Our workout routines range from 1-4 days in length; whereas our training programs range from 4-16 weeks in length and are far more detailed. Our training programs also include a workout log that is fully editable so you can track your progress and record your repetitions and sets.

• 4 week [3 work-outs performed over 4 weeks]
• 8 week [6 work-outs that progress over 8 weeks]
• 12 week [9 work-outs that progress over 12 weeks]
• 16 week [12 work-outs that progress over 16 weeks]
