8 Week Intermediate Strength and Conditioning Program


This is an 8 week progressive strength and conditioning program. The custom designed work-outs in this program contain progressively challenging exercises that focus on increasing strength, building lean muscle mass and improving overall conditioning. This program is suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

Intermediate programs may be longer, more complex and/or more straining than a beginner program. Intermediate programs challenge strength, control, balance, flexibility & power. Gain experience, mobility & strength with beginner programs before moving on to intermediate programs.
